01. Hartigan (Sin City)
A vigilant cop, Hartigan (Bruce Willis) rushes to save little Nancy from being raped and killed by a senator’s son, Junior. When he is about to finish Junior off, Bob (Michael Madsen), Hartigan’s fellow partner, shoots him in the back several times. This treacherous shot makes me thrilled and pissed off–shot in black and white, this shooting looks very aesthetically terrible in depicting how agonize Hartigan in such moment.
